The 3D digital building model is a 3D digitization of the building prepared in the CityGML format and country coordinate system in order to establish floor easements in buildings consisting of independent sections.

The 3D building model, prepared as an annex to the building application project, is requested by municipalities prior to the planned floor easement and condominium establishment processes.
